Details

Located just 10 minutes from the CBD of Port Vila. Other resorts are located in this area. Notably, the Warwick Le Lagon and Breakas Beach Resort, but also a number of boutique resorts both high end and budget.

The construction of Nasama Resort is solid concrete. One of the few resorts that survived cyclone Pam in 2014. In fact we had 50 people in house at the time. We continued operating while the other major resort closed down for 6 to 18 months. Only 45% of the resort land is built on giving an opportunity for further a build.

We have development rights with the Department of Lands to build an extra 12 x studio apartments, 12 x 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom apartments if you build two storey and a new Reception. Or could build more than two storeys. Or it could be changed to include an entirely different development profile - even multiple floor development.

We are listed at the top of the mid range accommodation. We are favoured by both Expedia and booking.com and are highly rated by TripAdvisor. None of the mid range resort have what we have to offer. In fact with minor adjustments the resort could be upgraded to luxury 5 star if that was the purchaser target.
