Overlooking Port of Refuge Harbour, Tonga

USD $750,000

The Harbourview overlooks the scenic Port Of Refuge harbour, one of the safest harbours in the South Pacific, and is conveniently located just 3km from Neiafu in Tonga.
Built in the 1980’s and originally called Marcella’s, the hotel was one of the most popular venues in Vava’u, featuring accommodation, a restaurant, bar and nightclub.
The hotel changed hands several times since then, and its strong foundations have weathered the test of time.
The Harbourview is now owned by William and Natalie Noall, who purchased the hotel in 2017. They regret having to sell after they spent a great deal of time and money into perfecting a lifestyle for someone interested in escaping to  a relaxed adventure in paradise.

The Harbourview has ten spacious fales (Tongan word for 'house', pronounced fa-lay) including a two bedroom family unit, as well as two sets of interconnecting double/twin rooms - ideal for families or groups.

All rooms have private facilities, with either a double bed, or a double and single bed, sitting area, ensuite bathroom with hot shower, and large private verandah.

Each room has its own fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, and a secure locked box for guest’s valuables.
